PhWoods BBQ is cooked the traditional, southern style way. We place our quality meats in closed barbeque pits with hickory logs and cook them at low temperatures. PhWoods never serves boiled or baked meat. PhWoods cooks its beef brisket and pork shoulders for up to 20 hours and ribs for up to 9 hours.
